Dr. Ramon Ignacio Cabrera Leon is a Lawyer and a PHD holder by the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Professor at the Technological Institute of Higher Studies in Monterrey Campus Toluca.
He has mainly developed his professional skills in the public sector, in the contentious legal areas of the Ministry of Public Education; the Ministry of Communications and Transportation, and in the Legal Department of the Federal Executive at the Presidency of the Republic.
He is former Director General of Responsibilities and Patrimonial Situation of the Secretariat of the Comptroller of the Government of the State of Mexico and Internal Comptroller of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico.
In the Federal Fiscal Office of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, he held the positions of Director General of Financial and Miscellaneous Crimes; General Director of Procedural Control and Federal Prosecutor for Investigations.
His last public responsibility was when serving as a Magistrate in the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, in the Specialized Chamber of Intellectual Property.
